    how you do fatburn right way? i have tried like 4 times according to the instructions .Result is always sticky surface. I can cook some foods but too often foods stick on the pan.

      A sticky surface is a result of applying too much oil. Try washing your pan and applying a very thin layer of oil. Then heat it till it smokes.

    Hello, I just buy similar commercial cooker. After experience, is your new 15" (38cm) wok better size for this cooker, or maybe better with 14" (36cm), @3:45 it looks like maybe 15" too big, not connecting to induction surface properly?

      It is not the size of the wok but the amount of surface contact. It is better to have more surface contact. Some woks are made deeper while others are shallower. Get one the fits your induction cooker. That would help a lot. Hope this helps.

      @@BusyDaddyCooks I'm aware of that. I live in remote area, hard to sample many different ones to get best fit. It's confusing when youtubers with same cooker use different sizes, 36 to 45cm. I was simply curious if your 15" fit your cooker better than 14", which was my question. How did you get, know, work-out, which one fit your cooker best? I can maybe find same wok via the MY code on sticker you show, if it fit best

    I love this flavor but everytime I cooked a similar version, it leave a sour taste on my tongue. Is it because of the baking soda? I don't want to throw this recipe or similar recipe away because of the sour taste on my tongue and my mouth.

      Yes, it's likely the baking soda. Try using 1 egg white instead of baking soda and let it marinade for 20 to 30 minutes. Hope this helps

    Will the pork shoulder be tender after only 40min? Some other recipes call for simmering at low heat for 3-4 hours…

      It depends on how large the pieces of pork are. I would boil it for longer if I have the luxury of time. But usually I don't. I am a busy .daddy 😄. 40 minutes to an hour would be good enough for me. 😄
